Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from Mauna Sway, it must be done within 30 days of placing your order. In addition, any returns must be approved by our office in advance and must be for legitimate reasons.
For all exchanges and returns, we require proof of purchase and for the item to be undamaged, unused, and in as-new condition.
If you wish to return an item from our store, it must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same state that it was received. If these conditions are not met, you may not be eligible for a return.
The following list of products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges:
- Customized items
- Items listed as non-returnable
- Sale items
- Items that have been assembled/installed
- Items that have already been used
If you wish to return an item, please be aware that you will not be reimbursed for any shipping fees charged on that order. These fees also include any upgraded shipping specifications such as priority delivery, expedited, room of choice, preferred carriers, etc.
Please be aware that Mauna Sway will charge a 15% restocking fee to the customer on all returns.
Please note that the above exclusions do not apply to damaged or faulty items. In this circumstance, our team will be in close communication with you to find the best solution.
If your furniture item has arrived with any damages or there are any other issues to report, please get in contact with our customer support team at 1-877-915-1593 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll assess the situation and work with you to arrange a replacement or find another solution.
Damaged Item Returns
Once you’re ready to begin the return process for your damaged item, please reach out to our team at email@example.com. A customer service agent will help you with all of the necessary details to arrange the return of your item. We ask that you ensure the item is wrapped in its original packaging.
Please note that this process is only applicable for damages that are the fault of Mauna Sway or the shipping company. Products with modifications, installation marks, or post-delivery damages will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
Full refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. Once your returned item has arrived at our warehouse, our team will conduct an inspection within 5 business days. As soon as we determine the product is in pristine condition; we’ll finalize your return and process a refund.
In the event that a customer has already installed, used, or damaged a product, Mauna Sway has the right to deny returns, refunds, and exchanges.
